Do I have to have a gym or equipment to have personal training?
Nope. Whether you are home visit or online your workouts are tailored to equipment you may have, body weight only or a full gym set up.
If you have or are thinking about home visit personal training we will bring workout equipment with us and we will work with the space you have available whether it is large or small… there is also the ‘train in our private studio’ option too.
I’m training online only with M.R.O FITNESS can I book a studio or home visit session to make sure I’m following my programme correctly?
Of course you can ! It is encouraged to book a studio, home visit or online video call as an extra if you have any worries about technique, unsure on how to perform an exercise or would like a posture review to help tailor your programme even further with some posture correction exercises if needed.
If I’m training online using the app and not face-to-face, what happens if I don’t understand an exercise?
All the exercises within our programmes/workouts are built with a video/image demonstration and a description, if you are still left baffled, not a problem there are a lot of different exercises out there and some can be very confusing to perform correctly, just drop us a message in the chat feature and we’ll get back to you with additional help or arrange a video call.
Why pay on a direct debit and not pay as you go?
The direct debit is the best option if you would like to secure a certain time slot on a certain day, this secures your session slot every week as we are very booked up!
Of course if a DD isn’t right for you, then there is a pay-as-you-go option… but you will only have the option of booking into the current availability in the diary which changes week to week.
How does the DD work? Do I have holiday built into my DD payments?
The monthly subscription DD has 3 weeks holiday built in for M.R.O FITNESS per annum, plus one week no charge period for the client.*
*Payments are calculated over 48 weeks of the year not 52 (this builds the 4 weeks of no charge period into the monthly DD) then the balance is split over 12 even payments due on the 1st of each month.
If the client is away for a prolonged period of time digital workouts out can be created in the app to replace the session or a video call session can be arranged, this way the diary slot is reserved for the client for when they return.
If you would like to cancel your DD this can of course be done, just let your trainer know what you would like to do. Just be aware that if you cancel your DD you will lose access to the M.R.O FITNESS APP and your session slots will be opened up to people on the waiting list. As much as we would like to reserve them, we cannot reserved your booked slots without payment which I hope you can understand from a business perspective and to give others waiting the opportunity to get started with us.
