Consultation
The consultation call will consist of ;
Meet your fitness trainer (good chance to ask any questions you may have before your first session)
Discuss what you want to achieve and your goals (then discuss how we can help you achieve them)
The PAR-Q form (physical activity readiness questionnaire) (this will need to be completed before your first session & this will auto assign when you create your login on our app)
Packages, pricing, booking availability and setting up single or monthly payment (monthly is the the most cost effective and the best option to secure the same day/time every week, a single session is booked into the remaining availability in the diary around DD clients)
Introduction to M.R.O FITNESS app (this is where every step of your journey is logged & progress tracked)
Trainers background, qualifications & registrations (more info on this can be found here)
* A free 15min basic consultation and your physical checks can be done within your first session.
Your First Session
Introduction to the dynamic warm-up routine
Posture check OHSA (Over head squat assessment) & core analysis (done within your first session)
Basic fitness tests and optional logging of 1 rep max
Metric logging - In gym starting progress picture and body measurements into our app (This can be done at home if you would prefer)
Introduction to static stretching and foam rolling (SMR)

Each client will have access to a;

βοΈ Metrics (weight, measurements and progress photos) to track progress and help stick to lifestyle changes that we set together.
If a client is unable to make a pre booked session that they have paid and they have exceeded the built in holiday allowance within their monthly plan, an alternative digital workout can be created and added to the workout tab on our app if requested.
The client also has the options of purchasing additional workouts into their collection through packages.
