Online Coaching & Tailored Programmes - Monthly Subscription

Have a tailored programme built for you to follow in the gym or at home, this program can be made up of many different types of workouts from bodyweight exercises to resistance exercises in the gym to high intensity interval training for cardio.

These programs will be built and updated continuously in my app and will be a monthly subscription fee. (Click link at the bottom for pricing and sign up)

You will be able to book 10min video check-ins with your trainer once a week and you will also have access to a chat feature if you have any questions.

The app will give you video/image demonstrations and descriptions on every exercise that has been added to your programmes.

You’ll be able to input your nutrition either in app or link other apps such as My Fitness Pal, input body measurements and photos to track your progress and you can also link your smart devices for push notifications to keep you on track.

You will need to sign up/purchase this option in the ‘monthly subscription’ button to get started, you will then be contacted by your trainer through the app to gain some key points and goals from you to build your programmes.

Pre Built/Generic Workouts & Packages - One-Off Payment

This option allows you to get started straight away with a generic pre-designed workout programme.

If you enjoy challenging yourself on particular workouts like the ‘Pure Core 600 rep workout’, ‘Become a Spartan Warrior in 12 Weeks’ or something more sport specific like ‘Swimmers Core, Strength & Power 6 Weeks Programme’ you could progress onto having a tailor made programme for you to to achieve those goals you have always wanted too.

This option is easy to set up, use the ‘view available packages’ button below to browse through the packages available, make your purchase then you login to the app (for login short-cut Click here ), once you are in the app go to ‘Packages’, select your purchased package then click ‘Start Programme’ to begin.
